Foreign Office, April 10, 1909. WITH reference to your No. 15 of the 25th ultimo, I transmit to your Excellency herewith, for your information, copies of correspondence as marked in the margin,* regarding the Atol of Pratas.

I have informed the Secretary of State for the Colonies that there is no objection to the Governor of Hong Kong publicly referring to the fact that the islands are claimed by China.
